There are projects that mirror the soul of those who create them. In this evocative editorial, Vogue Portugal explored the story of “returning home” — to Ghana, to memory, to culture — through a lens of beauty, nostalgia, and transformation.
Shot in part at Elle Lokko, the piece celebrated Ghana’s richness while capturing the subtle power of seeing the familiar with new eyes. With creative direction and styling by Joanna Gyamera and photography by Elroy Salam, the editorial paid tribute not only to heritage, but also to the ever-evolving landscape of Accra’s creative spirit.
