SHIBORI WORKSHOP
Learn the art of Shibori, a Japanese indigo tie & dye technique using clever folding and clamping methods. Creative pioneer, Stefania Manfreda of Lokko'08 and Elle Lokko, will teach us to apply this fun method to 3 tea towels (which we get to take home!)

IAMISIGO FASHION PRESENTATION
IAMISIGO exhibition by designer Bubu Ogisi, hosted by Elle Lokko. The exhibition portrayed designs available at our concept store and an eco-creative take on household furniture using discarded car tires, semi-functional objects.

After a successful launch of their first fashion panel series in Maputo, Stories of Near were excited to host the 2nd edition of Rumour in Africa at the Elle Lokko concept store in Accra. An open discussion on new fashion narratives in Ghana.

We explored Foundations of Faith with Reverend Hadassah Middleton, the founder and CEO of the Macedonian Grace Foundation (MGF), which focuses on providing training to intercessors and raising up corporate and ministry leaders.

We had a wonderful time presenting the latest AnaGo By M.C.collection at Elle Lokko a few weeks ago, especially the new clutches developed in collaboration with a long time artist friend of lokko, E.o.
